Are all vehicles automatic or manual transmission?
Our fleet includes both:
- Automatic: Hyundai i10, Dacia Duster, Citroen C3
- Manual: Dacia Logan (petrol & diesel), Renault Clio 5
Specify your preference when booking. If you can only drive automatic, we guarantee automatic transmission in your reserved category. Most European travelers prefer manual for better fuel economy.
How old are your vehicles? Do you rent old cars?
All vehicles are 2-3 years old maximum (2022-2024 models as of 2026). We retire cars after 4 years or 80,000 km, whichever comes first. You'll never receive a 2018 model or older. This is significantly newer than most car rental Agadir agencies that operate 5-10 year old fleets.
Can I request a specific car model or just a category?
You book by category (economy/sedan/SUV), and we guarantee a vehicle in that category. If you have a strong preference for a specific model (e.g., "I want Dacia Logan diesel, not petrol"), note it at booking—we accommodate when possible but can't guarantee specific models during peak season. The vehicle you receive will always match or exceed the specs shown.
What happens if the car breaks down or has issues?
WhatsApp or call +212 666 402 406 immediately. We dispatch roadside assistance or bring a replacement vehicle. Typical response time: under 1 hour in Agadir area, 2-3 hours in remote areas. If the issue is mechanical failure (not driver error), replacement is free with complimentary upgrade if your category is unavailable.
Are larger vehicles (7-seaters, vans) available?
Currently, our largest vehicle is Dacia Duster (5 passengers). For groups of 6+, we recommend renting two vehicles—often cheaper than single 7-seater rates from competitors, plus more flexibility. If you absolutely need a van or larger vehicle, contact us—we can arrange through partner agencies with our service standards.
Can economy cars handle long-distance drives to Marrakech or desert?
Yes. Hyundai i10 comfortably drives Agadir-Marrakech highway (250 km, 3 hours). Dacia Logan is even better for long trips with more legroom. For Sahara desert trips on paved roads (Zagora, Merzouga), any sedan works. Only if you're doing serious off-road desert tracks do you need Duster SUV. Don't let agencies upsell you on "you need 4x4 for Morocco"—highways are excellent quality.
