We were met at the airport and the car was in the airport car park. The car was spotless and a pleasure to drive. Easy return. No deposit.
The agent who delivered the car to my hotel also recorded the existing minor damage and sent me the inspection video, so there would be no misunderstanding at return. Pickup and drop-off at the hotel at any time, just a WhatsApp message.
I had read online that some car rentals are unscrupulous regarding insurance, and have dubious extra charges. I was happy to discover that these guys were genuine and fair.
The car was delivered directly to the airport, which was very convenient. There were no hidden fees, and I got to see the car before paying, which gave extra reassurance.
No hidden fees, or dodgy deals with deposits, damages or insurances. All went smooth. Easy pick up, same with drop off. I will use this company again.
Clear rules: no deposit, cash payment, full insurance in the rental price, and you only pay up to 1000 euros if you cause damage through your own fault. New cars. I will use this rental company in future.
Dropped the car off to us in Marrakech where we asked. Great for our road trip to Taghazout and perfect for exploring the coast. We were in Morocco for 10 days and having a car really made the trip.
Mohammed even brought the car to where I was staying a day earlier without charging extra. At the end, I left the car in Marrakech at a location that was convenient for me, arranged easily through messages. The price was the fairest I found during my search.
They delivered the car straight to the airport and gave us a great price for two weeks. Returning the car was also very straightforward. We didn't have a single problem with the car either.
They guided us efficiently through the whole pickup process, explained what we could and couldn't do, and clearly explained how the car should be returned. Afterwards I received a WhatsApp message where everything was explained again as a reminder.
The car we ordered was a Dacia Duster and we got the same. Very nice car. We did a road trip through Morocco, 1000km+, no problem.
